We are now looking for a Data Preparation Artist who wants to work on building and quality-assuring digital car models in an exciting project related to visualization and content production.

About the role
As a Data Preparation Artist, you will become part of a team where you work with preparing and structuring CAD data for visualization. You are responsible for building the digital car by assembling and optimizing CAD data, which creates the foundation for further work within the visualization team.

The role is more technical than creative and involves working closely with both visualization artists and other technical functions. You handle large datasets and ensure that the structure, quality, and usability of the data maintain a high standard.
The work takes place primarily in Deltagen, where you prepare CAD data for further use in the pipeline. You also work in Teamcenter to manage structure, variants, and updates. An important part of the role is to clean and optimize geometry, work with UV mapping, and ensure correct metadata.

You will join an ongoing project and become a key part of covering a period, with the possibility of starting relatively soon.

About you
We are looking for someone with a technical background and experience working with CAD data in a production environment. You are used to working in a structured manner and have an eye for detail and quality. You thrive in a role where you get to work methodically and solution-oriented, and where you collaborate closely with others in the team while taking individual responsibility for your deliverables.

Requirements

• Experience working in Deltagen
• Experience with Teamcenter
• Experience with CAD data management and data preparation
• Knowledge of UV mapping
• Experience working with metadata and data structures
• Fluent English in speech and writing

• Experience from a similar role within the automotive industry
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
